Data Processing Agreement (DPA)#

The Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is a mandatory part of the contractual relationship between Flenski and every Creator. It is not published as a general web page — it is concluded directly in the member area, tailored to your workspace.

How to conclude your DPA#

In your workspace, open Workspace Settings → AVV.
Enter your first name, last name, and company, then click "Generiere AVV Dokument" (Generate DPA document).
You receive your personal copy of the agreement as a PDF — with date and your details — for download and your records.

What the DPA covers#

Subject matter and right to issue instructions, obligations of both parties, technical and organizational measures (Art. 32 GDPR), assistance with data subject rights, audit rights, the complete list of subprocessors, and the consequences of contract termination. Services connected by the Creator themselves (their own payment providers, their own AI providers via API key, MCP clients, their own SMTP) are not subprocessors of Flenski but the Creator's own service providers.
