Scope of This Legal Notice#

This Legal Notice applies to the websites and services operated by Flenski itself, in particular:

• flenski.io — homepage
• app.flenski.io — login and management for Creators
• flenski.community — the Discover directory
• app.flenski.community/flenski — the Flenski Academy
• legal.flenski.io — these legal pages (the former address imprint.flenski.io redirects here)

as well as other domains and subdomains operated by Flenski itself.

It does not apply to the Memberapps, communities, member areas, landing pages, and other offerings that Creators operate through the platform. Memberapps are accessible under a subdomain of the form name.flenski.app (name.flenski.net for existing customers; in the future also under additional platform domains such as flenski.store or flenski.page) or under a Creator's own domain. Even where such an address carries "flenski" in its name: the sole provider of and contracting party for these offerings is the respective Creator; each Memberapp is governed exclusively by the respective Creator's own legal notice. Flenski merely provides the technical platform.

Consumer Dispute Resolution#

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)).

Liability for Content and Reports#

Flenski is responsible for its own content on the sites operated by Flenski in accordance with general law.

The content of the Memberapps is posted and owned by the respective Creators; Flenski stores this content as a hosting service on behalf of the Creators. There is no general obligation to monitor this content. Reports of unlawful content can be submitted to the contact point above; reported content is reviewed and, in the event of legal violations, removed or blocked.

The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked external websites. If we become aware of legal violations, we remove the affected links.
