How it works#

Open the link above — it takes you to the official Digistore24 page "Cancel or revoke contract".
Enter your order ID. You'll find it in your purchase confirmation email and on your Digistore24 invoice. Can't find it? The "Don't know your order ID?" link on that page will help.
Enter the last name or email address you used for the order.
Click Continue and follow the steps — Digistore24 confirms the cancellation or revocation by email.

Deadlines#

Orders placed through Digistore24 come with the statutory 14-day right of revocation; on top of that, we offer a 30-day goodwill policy. The contractual and revocation terms of Digistore24 GmbH apply.
